GetWhy Accelerates AI Qual Expansion with Appointment of Former Qualtrics Leader Donnchadh “DC” Casey to Board of Directors
As qualitative research continues to evolve under the growing influence of AI, GetWhy has appointed Donnchadh “DC” Casey as the latest addition to its Board of Directors. Casey is a well-known figure in the market research and experience management industry, with extensive experience helping scale insight and AI platforms used by enterprises worldwide.
DC joins GetWhy following senior leadership roles at Qualtrics and his current role at CalypsoAI, where he focuses on the responsible application of AI in enterprise environments. As Chief Customer Officer at Qualtrics, Casey led global customer operations across a $2B+ ARR business, supporting over 20,000 organisations and helping scale experience management into a core enterprise decision-making discipline. Over his career, he has helped tens of thousands of organisations connect data to decisions, shaping how businesses think about experience, insight, and technology.
“Qualitative research is at an important moment,” said Casey, who is widely known in the industry as DC. “AI can dramatically improve speed and access to insight — but speed without rigour doesn’t help anyone.
