1
Does your research reach inside the home, or are the decisions you care about happening where your methodology cannot follow?
2
Are you using AI for drudgery, or for the truth and empathy work consumers will fire it for?

Are you using AI for drudgery, or for the truth and empathy work consumers will fire it for?

Is your research frequent enough to earn trust, or are you still working off snapshots that have already expired?
Frequently asked Questions
Is 160 interviews enough to draw conclusions of this scale?
Qualitative depth scales on fidelity, not sample size. Ten respondents per generational cohort per market reaches saturation inside each archetype. The claims are regional archetypes, not global averages. Every finding is traceable to a named respondent in a named market.
How does an AI moderator actually work?
The respondent joins a video call. The moderator asks a scoped research question, listens, and probes the parts of the answer that carry signal. It picks up emotional cues, follows up on contradictions, and adapts in real time, in the respondent's native language. Unlike a survey, no two interviews are identical.
How do you prevent the AI from subtly leading respondents?
This is why we built the 17-Criteria Quality Framework. Three criteria cover neutrality directly (non-leading phrasing, one question at a time, length). Four more cover whether follow-ups stay grounded in the respondent's own words. Evaluated via MLflow before every model release. Not once at launch.
How were the 160 respondents recruited?
From GetWhy's participant network of 300 million consumers across 100+ countries. For this study, we screened for Gen Z and Millennials in each of the eight target markets, ten per cohort per market. Every participant real, screened, interviewed on camera in their own language.
What does running a study with GetWhy look like?
There are two ways through our platform. Self-serve: your team launches and reviews the study directly. Full-service: a Lead Strategist and PhD researcher scope, validate, and ship a decision-ready deliverable with you. Same quality framework applies to both.
Does GetWhy meet enterprise security and privacy requirements?
Yes. SOC 2 and ISO 27701 certified, fully GDPR-compliant. Trust center and compliance docs ready for your CISO and legal team. We move through enterprise procurement at Top 500 companies often.
Be more human

The only defensible 2026 strategy is a human-first one.

The teams that listen at the speed of life will not just witness the future. They will join their customers in creating it.
